One of my numerous hobbies is the Waco, Beaumont, Trinity & Sabine Railway. To my knowledge only two videos were ever taken of this obscure East Texas railroad. One of them I was given by the owner, John Frank. The other was taken by the legendary Robert W. Richardson. After years of trying to reach the Richardson family, my buddy Everett suggested that I contact the Colorado Railroad Museum. After slapping myself on the forehead for that ridiculous oversight, I sent an email to CRM Director Don Tallman. He forwarded me to Stephanie Gilmore, the Curator of the video archive. Sure enough, the video was in the archive! For a modest sum, the CRM had the video converted from 8mm to digital for me.
