Diesel 19 has been road tested and run around, now time to put the covers back on!!!

The exhaust will still have to be installed, but the covers are working great!!

The first cover is on and we will work on the next!

I was amazed, the new motors didn't look like they would fit, but they did!! The radiators stick out a bit, but they fit!!

Diesel 19 is coming along just great!!

The other day we finished lettering all the cars in Antonito.

Here comes the Antonito based Parlor car!

Right now everything is lettered and the next car in Antonito will be painted.

Railrunner is waiting in Bernallio for connections, then they will shortly return to Albuquerque.

May 21st and the first Steam Locomotive in MANY years rolls into Antonito!

1744 rolls into Antonito with 10 reefers to add weight!

1744 rolls to a stop right next to my house.

I arranged, thanks to 2 Antonito Fireman to have a Fire Tanker truck waiting with water for 1744.

So here is 1744 parked on 10th avenue right next to my house.

After a turn on the wye and burgers at the G6 restaurant, 1744 returns to Alamosa! Thanks to the 1744 crew for my first ride on 1744! I look forward to more time in 1744's cab!
