Cold steamy morning on the narrow gauge..

Locomotive 488 with the train at Cumbres...

Jake is the fireman on 488 to Antonito.

Locomotive 488 has consistently been the best performing locomotive this year..

Locomotive 487 backs into the Wye.

Locomotive 487 has turned on the Wye and will head back to Chama immediately...

The tail of the train leaves Cumbres as the 487 sits on the Wye...

A cold day and 487...

I love the plow on 487, smooth!!!!!

487 waits as Ronnie throws the switch, next Marvin will roll 487 to the standpipe and take water..

Switch thrown and 487 rolls back unto the main..

Caboose's in Chama....

Wednesday we had two trains in the siding at Osier....

Locomotive 487 helped 484 and the train out of Chama, then ran ahead from Cumbres to pick up the Ballast cars and move them to Sublette, New Mexico..

The ballast sections from Cumbres and Osier are done and now we are going to dump ballast between the Mud and Rock Tunnels.

As of October 4th, Ballast has been dumped from Mud Tunnel to Phantom Curve, Cumbres east to Milepost 326.50 is done and complete and Milepost 324 east to Long Creek is done and complete.

Locomotive 484 brought the train from Cumbres today!!!

Ain't that a Beautiful Caboose...

I am standing near the Antonito Car Repair Shop and these cars just arrived in town...

Not sure where or when or anything...

But they are in town...

Thought you might like a look.

Pretty cool, its always nice to see more cars arrive in Antonito.

The cars sit in the afternoon in Antonito, recently unloaded!

Fall Madness and the 488 waits to run a Photo Runby!!!!

Switching in Chama before the Double header night run to Cumbres.

Caboose's in Chama.....

We are switching the regular train while setting up the Freight train...

Moving around Chama, New Mexico...
