Coming into Chama on the Fireman's Seat, I noticed 484 at the Water Tank. SO I scrambled to get my Camera.

I apologize, had a little Picture Mix-up, everything is back to normal now..

Here's 484 at the Water Tank, getting a fill-up for the night.

Ain't that a Beautiful Sight.

Locomotive 484 thru the Fireman's Window of 487.

Coming into the Chama Yard, all the Motor-Cars from The North American RailCar Operators Association were already unloaded and ready to go.

NARCOA was in town for its annual Trip over the Cumbres & Toltec. I am so glad we can provide 64 miles of Track to let these Motor-Cars stretch their Legs.

Hey look, Jon Keeling from La Veta, Colorado next to his Motor-Car.

Friday afternoon, the Motor-Cars began rolling into Town.

Mark & Debra Springer on their Rio Grande Motor-Car.

Hey there's a Union Pacific Motor-Car.

And Bringing up the Rear, is Smitty & Ken.

Lead by C & T Motor-Car 107, the group comes into Antonito for the Evening.

Everybody Prepares for the Night.

Here's a look at the Group.

Cumbres & Toltec Employee Toby Vigil and His Father Mr Tony Vigil.

Ole' Number 107 lead the group and got them over the Line.

Toby was the Pilot for the Group, it was his Job to act as a Guide and provide for the safety of the Motor-Car Group.

Putting the Motor-Cars away for the night.

Welcome to the Santa Fe Railway Station, located in Beautiful Downtown or Old Town Santa Fe.

Another View of the Santa Fe Depot.

Here's a few Cars next to the Depot, thought you might like a look.

These are just a little Southwest of the Depot.

Look at that Bay Window Caboose.

Here is Santa Fe Southern Number 92.

Here's my Mother sitting on a Bench at the Santa Fe Depot.

Hey look, it's a Rio Grande Caboose....

The Paint is a little Faded, but she is still Beautiful... I have always had a thing for Caboose's.

Look another view of the Rio Grande Caboose, Now Santa Fe Southern 01.

I just love Caboose's...

If I am correct, this the "High-Desert Highball" its Departs Santa Fe at 6:30 P.M. and returns at 9:00 P.M..

I was Lucky to catch this Train at the St Francis-Cerrillos Road Intersection and drove back to catch it at this Crossing.

Here is Locomotive 93 Crossing the Old Aqua Fria Road, after this Crossing the Train begins its climb to the Galisteo Basin. This is Basically the Far South edge of Santa Fe and the trains leaves all Roads behind and travels along the Lamy Rail Recreational Trail. Contact the Santa Fe Southern for all the Schedules and Times at 1-888-989-8600 or at: WWW.SFSR.COM

The Train leaves me behind at the Crossing...

Well thats it for this week, I hope to get a chance to get into the Chama Shop to see 488, it can be hard when I have to get off the Train and onto the Bus for Antonito Right away, I just don't have the Time.. But I do have some News for you.. Locomotive 488 is a little behind schedule, after nearly completing the boiler work, our Crews found a weak spot in the Firebox Internal Sheet, sooooo.. The Crew will have to back-track and remove a whole section of the Firebox Sheet and replace it again.. this means that Locomotive 488's will be a little late to see Steam This Year.. I will try to get some shots of 488 this week, but as I have told you... When I run straight thru to Chama, I have to return immediately on the Passenger Bus with the Passengers and have not had the time to get any shots of 488. But I will try harder for you all.. And I will continue to update you on 488.. Once again, Thank you for being patient with the little problem I experienced, my Computer seems to be back on Track.. I hope you enjoy my Visits to other Railroads and my Personal Life added in, here and there... Thank you all so much, Carlos Llamas

Hey Guess What... I have some Update Photo's of 488, I got them this Morning, September 5th, they will be on Next Week's Update...
